Therapies for Motor Recovery in Stroke:

Traditional therapy; Bobath Concept; Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation; and Brunnstrom.


Therapies for Osteoarthritis :

Cardiovascular or resistance land-based exercise; Electromagnetic stimulation and TENS; Assistive Devices: Knee braces, appropriate footwear, and canes. 

Therapies for Rheumatoid Arthritis:

Heat and Cold therapies; Resistance exercises; Joint-protection education; Energy-conservative education: Orthotics and Splints: Deep, widesoft leather shoe, metatarsal pad or bar, rocker bottom sole, knee orthoses. 

Therapies for Cervical Spondylitis:

Isometric cervical exercises (Cervical collars); Passive modalities (moist-heat packs, ultrasound, diathermy); Manual therapy (Massage, Mobilization and Manipulation).
