Prevalent Health Conditions
Research is necessary for continued advancement in development of effective care and treatment. It has been long considered a public charity when conducted for the benefit of the public. At RISE Clinic, research helps identify areas of needs within the community and areas for improvement in our programs. This arm of our research focuses on identifying prevalent health conditions that specifically affect the communities we serve. It allows for a more targeted approach, rather than a generalized assumption of the population needs. In collaboration with international researchers, governmental and nongovernmental funding, studies that are being conducted include basic, clinical and community health research, as well as studies regarding healthcare delivery.
